International Exchange Programs
The International Research Program provides opportunities for Kyung Hee University employees to conduct research abroad for one to two months regarding the skills required for their duties. This program was created to offer employees a chance to improve their language skills and to strengthen their global capacities.
Eligibility
- Candidates are permanent employees of Kyung Hee for three or more years.
- Candidates have worked consecutively for three or more years since the last day of a leave of absence lasting more than six months.
- Candidates have foreign language skills and are able to communicate independently with foreign institutions.
- Candidates are qualified to travel abroad.
Employee International Culture Program
The Employee International Culture Program partially funds employees in traveling abroad to learn about the cultures and academic institutions of other countries. They visit prestigious universities abroad to gain insight into their administrative styles and facilities and also to experience their cultures. This program was created to cultivate employees' global perspectives and to learn the university systems and regional cultures of other countries.

- Candidates are qualified to travel abroad.

Employee International Benchmarking Program
The Employee International Benchmarking Program is offered each year to contribute to the professionalism and globalization of Kyung Hee University's administrative abilities by benchmarking prestigious universities around the world. The program sent employees to Japan in 2006, the United States in 2007, Japan and Southeast Asia in 2008, and Singapore, England, and Germany in 2010.
